Can't attend in person? Place a proxy bid for live auction lots!


By checking the box at the bottom of the page and submitting this form, proxy bidders agree to the following:

 


1.  I authorize Boys & Girls Clubs of King County's representative to place bids on my behalf for the live auction lots detailed on this form, up to and including the maximum bid amount, on Friday, October 3, 205.

2.  Bids placed on my behalf will increase in increments set by the auctioneer, up to the maximum bid I authorize on this form.

3.  A valid credit card must be provided on this form. Proxy bids will not be honored without a credit card on file.

4.  If my proxy bid is the winning bidder of an auction lot at the event, I authorize my credit card to be charged in the winning amount on Saturday, October 4, 2025.

5.  I understand that I will receive email or phone confirmation of bidding outcome no later than Monday, October 6, 2025.

6.  I understand that I will pay all shipping costs, if applicable.

7.  I understand that in the event two proxy bids tie for the same item, the proxy bidder who submitted their bid first will win the item. The date and time that this form is submitted will serve as the time of bid.

8. Conditional proxy bids will not be accepted (e.g., "subject to my approval"). I understand that my proxy bid cannot and will not contain any qualifying statements.

9.  I understand that my submission of this Proxy Bid Form is final.

 


 Proxy Bids will be accepted until 12pm PDT on Friday, October 3, 2025.
